Dumisani is a Food Safety Consultant and Trainer at Entecom and is passionate about seeing food manufacturers implement and comply with food safety management systems and legal requirements. He has 7 years work experience, with stints in the beverage industry where he implemented quality and food safety management systems, chemicals industry where he supplied hygiene & process chemicals to food manufacturers and finally in scientific research. Dumisani is an IRCA registered food safety lead auditor and a FoodBev SETA registered assessor. He holds a BSc Hons in Applied Biology & Biochemistry and an MSc in Biochemistry from Rhodes University.
