David Caras

Began my career as a chef working in kitchens both locally and internationally for 8 years. Subsequently worked at Woolworths for the past 16 years, predominantly in the product development stream across various different industries and product types. Worked for a period as the Innovation Chef managing the Woolworths Innovation Centre, worked at British retailer Marks and Spencer and currently hold the position of Product Development Manager: Protein & Dairy.
