An adaptable, responsible, keen and hardworking individual, he joined the South African National Culinary Team in 2013. Blake’s role in the team is to oversee the cold table display work and aspic use for the cold table, as well as participating in the hot kitchen. . Self-motivated, organised and capable of working well under pressure.
