For the first time in South Africa the Inter Hotel Culinary Cup is set to add a fiercely competitive and very tasty edge to Africa’s Big 7.

WACS, World Association of Chefs’ Societies partners up with dmg events to bring leading Hotel brigades together to showcase talent and more than a bit of pizzazz.

Visitors to the show will be able to watch as senior and junior chef teams from key hotels meet head on in competition to see who best impresses the judges, in front of a captive audience.

Across each day of the show hotel teams will prepare a 3 course menu from locally sourced ingredients, whilst judges look on.  Teams will be scored on mise-en-place, professional skills, presentation, and of course taste. 

The menu will be served to pre booked eagerly awaiting visitors in the specially designed Pizzazz restaurant located on the exhibition floor.
