Talitha Bertelsmann-Scott
Talitha heads the Regional Observatory at the South African Institute of International Affairs. She is considered a trade policy and regional integration expert. She joined the Institute in 2015, heading the Economic Diplomacy Programme and is currently developing a futures oriented programme that does anticipatory research on disruptors that will affect the Southern African region.
