Granger has extensive experience in a General Manage role, having served 14-years in this position at a number of established hotels including Greenways Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, Mont Rochelle Hotel & Mountain Vineyards, as well as his current hotel, Granny Mouse Country House & Spa, since May 2013. Under his management over the past 6 years, Granny Mouse Country House & Spa has won numerous awards and is recognised as a prime holiday destination in the KZN Midlands.
