Kholofelo Kugler
Kholofelo Kugler is an international trade lawyer who works at the Advisory Centre on WTO (World Trade Organization) Law (ACWL) in Geneva, Switzerland. She provides legal advice on international trade law issues, litigates at the WTO, and conducts training on various WTO law topics. In addition, Kholofelo is a visiting Research Fellow at the law school of the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) where she lectures, conducts research and publishes on international economic law issues, and supervises post-graduate theses on international economic law. Kholofelo was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2013. She previously practiced law at Bowmans in Johannesburg and has worked as a Research Assistant in international economic law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. Kholofelo holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and International Politics (UNISA), an LL.B degree, cum laude (Wits), and a Master’s in International Law and Economics, summa cum laude (University of Bern, Switzerland).
