Dr Vikki Eriksson
Vikki is a design theory lecturer and researcher. Her interest in the user experience and service design fields, has resulted in practical consultation and her participation in several European Union research projects. Currently Vikki is one of the directors of Innovative Design Education Africa (IDEA) Collective, which allows her the opportunity to explore and share the impact that design and creative thinking can have on business and education.
