I qualified as an Industrial Engineering from the
University of Pretoria and did various other courses and certificates amongst
them Leadership Development Program from GIBS, Advance Leadership Program from
the University of Cape Town and Nestle Factory Managers course in Switzerland
to name a few.
I have 22 years experiance in the processed food
manufacturing enviroment. Managing all aspects of the manufacturing process
from day to day operational management, contractual management and product
development with all the respective funtions under my control e.g. SHE,
Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Applications and
I am currently the factory manager for Nestle’s Coffee
and Milo factory before that the Cremora (coffee creamer), Maggi 2 minute
noodles and CPW cereals factory both in South Africa. I am proud of the
fact that in both factories the team was able to improve the factories Asset
Intensity by more than 20% during my time at the factory.
